Refills

Effective October 1, 2006 all prescription refills must be initiated by your pharmacist.  This is the fastest, most efficient method of receiving your medications without error.  Please call your pharmacist at least 24 hrs in advance of picking up your prescription to give Dr. Zurinaga enough time to approve.

Blood Work

All routine blood draws (defined as monthly or quarterly draws) must be drawn at your local Lab Corp facility.  The closest facility to our office is located at:

Lab Orders can be faxed or mailed and results usually arrive within 2- 3 days.
